It's pretty clear what he's talking about, so what does it matter what he calls it?

As for the build, I have only ran as an orders nec a few times, but I generally use this:

Order of Pain
Order of the Vamp {E}
Blood Ritual
Blood Renewal
Heal Party
Heal Area
Healing Breeze
Rebirth

I don't remember how exactly my att are set atm, but I generally spread em pretty evenly between blood, healing prayers, and soul reaping. If I remember right, I generally run 15 att in blood, 11 in healing, and the rest in SR, using a sup rune on a blood scar. Kole's Torment is a perfect item for this build and is pretty cheap to get.

In practice, I tend to focus on using Order of the Vamp and only use Order of Pain when it it recharging and when I have time. As I understand since the new update, if you cast both at the same time, Order of the Vamp is nullified. Since Order of the Vamp is generally better since it will increase dmg about the same as Order of Pain, but also is life stealing, I try to keep that up by itself as much as I can. Blood renewal is for self healing along with healing breeze. Heal party and healing breeze is to help out the monk. Heal area is to help minions stay alive. Rangers should be left to rez since they can function on less energy than you can, but Rebirth is in there for emergencies.

Hey i order around the orders alot this is what i do (this is considering the enw updates and changes)

Arcane Echo
Order of the Vampire (elite)
Order of Pain
Vampiric Gaze
Blood renewal
Unholy Feast
Blood Ritual
Ressurection Signet

Now all i use if Order of the Vampire but i echo it so that it can be up constantly for about 25 second intervals where is non-stop... um vampiric gaze is for whe you sacrafice a bit too much health without looking. Unholy feast for when the baddiest get too close for comfort. Blood ritual for the monkers (they usually dont need it) and order of pain if there for show (i never use it). but yea echoing OotV works real good im always told that the rangers screen are filled with blue (it fills my heart with joy)

Build that has never failed me:

N/Me

Order of the Vampire {elite}
Order of Pain
Blood Renewal
Blood Ritual
Mantra of Resolve
Resurection Signet


Those are the key skills to take. Always keep Mantra of Resolve active. Before casting orders, use Blood Renewal. The last 2 skills dont really matter in my opinion. As an orders nec, you shouldnt be getting hit at all, thus no need for any defensive or life stealing skills. I usually bring 2 inspiration magic interrupt skills to complete the build, however any will do.

ritual will cause you to get close enough to actualy tag onto monsters.. this also brings aggro to you..

n/mo

Order of pain
breeze
heal area
blood ritual for the monk
MENDING ( yes I said it )
res sig
AND rebirth

16 blood
10+ soulreap
8 healing = 9 pips health regen with breeze and mending.. you can stand a full aggro bubble away from the action... never run the risk of becoming a casualty and your close to the monk to give him ene.. AND you never need to use heal area cept to help out a NON /mo necro that thinks they found a better way..

I can spam between BOTH orders constantly overlapping durations ( yes they still overlap as of last night according to the rangers in my party.. they still saw damage from both)

never need the monk to waste ene on me .. never close enough to anything to draw aggro... never run out of ene cause my orders are up constantly and things are dieing..

you only need to be close enough to get the ene from soulreaping.. the entire run your back-of-the-bus, letting everyone else do their job while you do your and make theirs easier... IF a monk has to heal you everyone else had better be dead and your last in line beofre the monk..


the res sig with rebirth should be obvious but for those that dont get it..it recharges in every new level and after a darkness dies.. that gives you an insteant pop up from anyone that goes down during combat.. VERY handy if the monk takes a spike or the minion master tanks...

rebirth because no one on the team should be without it.........

my build:

16 blood, as much as possible in sr
1) awaken the blood (yes, it makes you sac more)
2) order of vamp (deals 19 dmg)
3) order of pain
4) blood renewal
*4 skills of choise* (i use heal breeze, heal area, blood ritual and res)

Equip 3 sup runes (rest is waste of money) and spam 2,3 and 4.

calculations:
you take 66 dmg for each order, blood renewal heals 360 health each 10 secs. (in total)

like above said, stay in range of soul reaping and away of the battle, if monk calls energy, equip a +60 health staff/weapon set)

FYI guys this is probably the easiest job to have on a topk so there is no excuse to not have orders going constantly during fights..

unless your sleep-playing which ive personally done a number of times ...

(got bored healed area or someone was close to me and I skeered em with healin

the nice thing about being set up nec/mo in topk is you can do either or.. which is nice depending on the day and how many of MM or orders are lookin for a group.

Ive litterally been ONE MM with forty Orders spammers and gotten into a full team in seconds. and then theres days with no orders guys..

increase your desirability by going monk secondary for topk.. you want random people to trust that you can do the job and they want you to be able to self heal.. yea you may be a decent MM as n/r BUT these guys dont know you from adam.. take the guess work out and do the monk secondary quest... IF for no other reason than rebirth..

I cant tell you how many times some small mistake took out half the team plus.. I can tell you of those 30+ times seven times whoever was left didnt have monk secondary and the rezes took forever or they used theyre sig in battle and now cant rez anyone.. meaning restart and they will 90% of the time get a boot ..

Ive found as MM for example OOB kinda helps out but more soulreaping and faster minion spamming actually is more efficient..

the less you have to think about what your doing and just autonomically do it the better overall the flow of the team will go..

Ive dropped my life w sup runes and sacked out with mending breeze on me being half awake and spammin like mad



so I forgo awaken now it allows me to sleep-play

Well, now that Order of the Vampire doesn't stack with anything, I went once as an orders necro pretty much using Aura of the Lich, Awakening of Blood, Order of Pain, and Blood Renewal. I spammed these four spells, casting AotL, AoB, and BR when they were going to expire and Order of Pain every other spell. I used Succor to give the monk more energy. I had Blood Ritual, but the monk never needed it. I had Heal Area and Heal Party, but rarely needed it. I would rather not keep Blood Ritual because I don't want to take the time to target and run to the monk. I like Heal Party because I don't need to target anyone and can fit it easily into my nonstop-nontargetting casting cycle. Heal Area might be useful offpeak times to help keep the minions up.

1) Aura of the Lich - great to ease sacrificing
2) Awakening of Blood - get a bit more orders damage
3) Order of Pain - the key damage increaser
4) Blood Renewal - stay alive (but only cast >50% life)
5) Blood Ritual - my candidate for a change
6) Heal Party - help the healer
7) Heal Area - help the minion master in non-attack situations
8) Succor - help the healer

16 Blood Magic (Scar Pattern + Sup. Rune)
10 Soul Reaping (Minor Rune, but you can have Major or Sup.)
The rest on Healing Prayers
(Major/Sup. Rune of Vigor too)
Skills:
1) Order of the Vampire
2) Order of Pain
3) Blood Ritual
4) Heal Party
5) Heal Area
6) Healing Breeze
7) Mending
8) Rebirth
Equipment:
Droknar's Forge Armour (Scar Pattern preferably)
Max. 20/20 Collector's Staff with whatever mods you want (preferably 20% enchanting and +30 health)

This is the basic Order build I use, at time may change. Instead of Heal Party I sometimes take Blood Renewal and you can edit some things around so you can take Awaken the Blood to increase your Blood from 16 to 18, but I personally think health is an issue there. As for Mending, it's just to have something to keep your health up, but again you can take something else (instead of replacing Heal Party with Blood Renewal, maybe replace Mending?) since it does decrease your Energy regen. from 4 to 3 (assuming you have nothing else to decrease it). After the update as you may know already the two orders don't stack, so cast Order of the Vamp. then just before the symbol at the top left is flashing cast Order of Pain. Then just liek before, cast Order of the Vamp. just before the symbol is going to flash and repeat. You may wanna stop and heal yourself with Healing Breeze or Heal Area (assuming that your not in the fight and elsewhere, maybe with the monk or MM), though you might wanna do that say just after you casted an order, so you won't miss casting the next order =/ Also remember the use Blood Ritual on the MM and Monk, though again you'll have to stop casting the orders briefly. Though after the battle is over you can use it on your MM who might need it for animating a few more bone fiends or healing them. Hope this helps ; )
